How do I care for my jewelry?
All of our gold pieces have a thick coating of 14k gold over solid 925 sterling silver called gold vermeil.
Though gold vermeil is much more durable than gold plating, you must treat it well so that it’ll last! Make sure to take it off before exercising or showering, in order to keep it away from sweat and water and so it stays as vibrant as you, always :)
We recommend using jewelry polishing cloths to remove any possible tarnishing, and watch out, you don’t want to rub too hard! Abrasive cleaning can wear off the gold faster than normal so steer clear of any liquid cleaners.

Receive a notification from one the Eyes letting you know when your preferred item is restocked by selecting “notify me when available.”
Shipping questions
How and when will my order ship?
We ship all orders via USPS. Your order should arrive between 4 and 6 days from order placement date however, order delivery times vary depending on the final destination.
Do you ship internationally?
We are only accepting orders within the U.S.
Where is my order?
Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to locate your order. Please allow for 24-48 hours from receiving your link to activate.
Returns questions
What is your return policy?
Full priced items are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery as shown on your tracking link. To initiate a return, please contact info@momaseye.com and include "Return Request" in the subject line followed by your order number.
Once your return has been authorized, you’ll get simple step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping fee of $6.90 will be automatically deducted from your refund.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order, within 10 business days of receipt of the return. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Returns must be sent back within 5 days of receiving your prepaid return label.
